SynQor Announces New Members to the Board of Directors
Hudson, Mass - SynQor, Inc., a manufacturer of next-generation, high-efficiency DC-DC power converters, has recently elected Joseph Martin, Ken Bradley and Nathan Gantcher as Directors of the Company. Each newly elected Director brings a career's worth of experience and industry knowledge to SynQor.
Joseph Martin is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fairchild Semiconductor International (NYSE: FCS), as well as a member of the Fairchild Board of Directors. With more than 22 years of industry experience, Mr. Martin previously served as Vice President of Finance, Worldwide Operations, for National Semiconductor Corporation with responsibility for worldwide operating divisions and manufacturing sites, as well as for corporate financial planning.
Ken Bradley, recently retired from the position of Chief Procurement Officer at Nortel Networks (NYSE: NT), is President of Shared Insight Inc., a consulting company specializing in supply chain design and supply management. During his 30 year career with Nortel, Ken held several national and international executive positions in Supply Management, Operations Management and Technology Development.
Nathan Gantcher has extensive experience in the finance industry, holding previous positions as Vice Chairman of CIBC World Markets Corp. and President, COO and Co-CEO of Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. Mr. Gantcher is currently the Co-Chairman, President and CEO of Alpha Investment Management, LLC, a fund of funds located in New York City. Mr. Gantcher is also chairman of the Board of Trustees of Tufts University, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a former governor of the American Stock Exchange.

The new Directors join Leigh Abramson, who was elected to the Board earlier this year. Mr. Abramson is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley & Co. and is a director of several public and private companies. Completing the Board of Directors are current members Martin Schlecht and SynQor President, Raymond DeSabato.
