    Power Electronics Design Engineer - Boxborough, MA USA
    General Responsibilities:
    The primary responsibility is to be a member of the team supporting the Product Evolution Process with a major focus on the design, development and improvement of state-of-the-art DC/DC converters.
    Specific Duties:
  • Perform circuit analyses
  • Design and lay out PCBs (printed circuit boards)
  • Use computer simulation and modeling tools to assist design
  • Find and select power components
  • Participate in vendor selection process for new components
  • Create documentation
  • Required Background and Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required
  • Minimum of 3 years industrial experience in the electronics industry with an emphasis on design for manufacturability and/or a minimum of three years graduate level course work in power electronics with an emphasis on dc/dc converter design
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced and changing environment
