How do I stay informed about new product releases ?
SynQor provides a monthly customer e-mail service, which details new product announcements
and other useful information including new application notes, and company news. To subscribe
to this service, simply enter your e-mail address in the Product Announcements box on our home page,
indicating that you wish to be added to the monthly e-mail update list.

Can I buy SynQor's products directly from SynQor?
Most larger customers prefer to work directly with SynQor. Typically, this involves high volume, forecasted demand within our standard lead times. Smaller customers with less predictable demand and those buyers seeking evaluation or prototype quantities may prefer to purchase products through a distribution channel. Please refer to our list of distributors and reps or contact a SynQor sales person for more information..
What information do I need to specify the correct DC/DC converter?
Product recommendations can be provided more quickly and accurately if you are able to provide the following information at the time of your inquiry:
- Required input voltage (Vdc)
- Required output voltage (Vdc)
- Required load current (Adc) or total output power (Watts)
- Expected operating temperature range (degrees C)
- Expected air flow adjacent to the converter (linear feet/minute)
- Preferred package size, enable logic and pin length
- Any specific performance requirements

How do I obtain evaluation samples of your products?
SynQor's goal is to make our products readily available and easy to evaluate for qualification purposes. To that end, we offer our customers evaluation boards that allow easy testing of any module with simple connections to your test equipment. You can contact SynQor or one of our channel partners to purchase sample units and evaluation boards

Does SynQor have minimum order quantities based on packaging requirements?
SynQor has implemented two types of packaging, the first is a "keyboard tray" and the second is referred to as a "pizza box", which provides improved performance in securing the units safely within their plastic matrix trays. Pizza box packaging is used for multiples above twenty units, with the exception of surface mount NiQor units (see list below). As part of this shipping procedure, we require our customers and distributors to place all production orders in multiples of the quantities listed below. This will ensure that each keyboard tray and pizza box will be entirely filled in order to reduce shipping costs and minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

- HALF BRICK: (8th character in part number = "H") = 25 units
- QUARTER BRICKS: (with the exception of Peta family, 8th character in part number = "Q") = 35 units
- PETA FAMILY QUARTER BRICKS: (8th letter in part number = "Q", 9th letter = "P") = 14 units
- EIGHTH BRICKS: (8th character in part number = "E") = 50 units
- Baseplated Bricks: (HALF & QUARTER BRICKS, 10th character = "B"; EIGHTH BRICKS, 10th character = "M")

Sample and prototype quantities less than these amounts will be shipped in our standard single piece box packaging. Thank you for complying with these standard order quantities.
What are the current lead-times on your products?
SynQor maintains consistent lead times of stock to 8 weeks on all standard products, with many popular SKUs having a reduced 4 week lead time. Our 4-8 week lead time on production orders is contingent on an accurate and timely forecast provided by the end customer.

How do I determine pricing on your products?
Many of SynQor's distributors provide online inventory status and pricing information on their websites. Please check our distributor list for more information.
What is the warranty on your products?
Warranty: SynQor warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will perform in accordance with the specifications for such product for three (3) years following the date of invoice. This warranty does not apply to products damaged by abuse, accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, disaster, improper installation or improper testing, nor does it apply to components or materials purchased by SynQor from third parties.
If SynQor determines that the product is defective as provided in the foregoing paragraph, SynQor will, at its option, repair or replace the product or refund all or part of the purchase price therefor. To obtain a replacement or repaired product under this warranty, the Buyer must contact SynQor Sales within the warranty period to obtain a Return Material Authorization and shipping instructions. The Buyer must include the original packaging and pay all charges incurred in shipping the product back to SynQor. In shipping the product back to SynQor, the Buyer assumes all risk of damage or loss in transit. If SynQor determines that the product is defective, SynQor will pay any shipping charges in sending the replacement or repaired product to the Buyer.
THIS WARRANTY IS BUYER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES. ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
SynQor shall have no liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby or arising from the use or inability to use the product, including without limitation, damages due to business interruption, lost profits or lost goodwill, claims of third parties, or injury to person or property, whether based upon breach of contract, negligence, strict liability, tort or other legal theory. In no event shall SynQor's total liability arising from the sale or use of, or inability to use, SynQor's product exceed the price paid for the product.

How do I handle returns for SynQor product?
If you wish to return product due to a technical failure, please contact our technical support group to initiate a Failure
Analysis Report (FAR). If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, a customer support representative will coordinate the
issuing of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide details on how to ship the unit(s) to SynQor for
analysis.

letter code and serial number that can be found on the product label. Please note that for Bar Coding, SynQor uses Code
128 on product labels and Code 39 and PDF417 on box labels.

Packaging Instructions for more details on how to properly handle and package
SynQor product.
Are you using an EDI procurement interface?
SynQor is exploring the possibility of using EDI in the future. If you are interested, please contact a SynQor representative.
Where do I request products if I do not see them on your website?
All of SynQor's standard products are listed in the Product Summary section of our website. However, if you have requirements for a custom or modified standard product or wish to inquire about possible future product releases, please contact a SynQor sales person directly.
Do you make custom power supply products?
SynQor offers a broad line of standard DC/DC converters to cover a wide range of power requirements and applications. However, customers often have special requirements that are not covered with a standard product. This may include a specific package size, input/output voltage, power level or special feature. SynQor will consider all requests for modified and custom power supplies. To discuss your individual requirements, contact the SynQor sales group.
